Fabbri, Federico
Graduate Associate

Originally from Forlì, Italy, Federico Fabbri earned a B.A. in Intercultural and Linguistic Mediation at the University of Bologna in 2012. In 2013, he started teaching Italian at the University of Washington, while pursuing his M.A. in Italian Studies as well as a Graduate Certificate in Second and Foreign Language Teaching, both earned in 2015.

Federico joined the University of Arizona as an adjunct instructor in 2018, to teach language classes in Italian and Spanish. Since 2019 he is also a PhD student in the Second Language Acquisition and Teaching (SLAT) program. In 2021, he earned a Graduate Certificate in Language Program Administration.

His main academic interests are Curriculum Design, Materials Development, Recruitment & Retention, Open Educational Resources, and Autoethnography.
