Interpres is a translation and interpretation service designed to help individuals and organizations communicate effectively across languages and cultures. Inspired by my own experiences studying multiple languages, spending time abroad, and navigating different cultural environments, this project explores translation not simply as the transfer of words, but as a process of interpretation, adaptation, and cultural mediation.
Interpres matters to me because it brings together the three areas that have shaped my education—business, entrepreneurship, and languages—while allowing me to create something practical, personal, and meaningful that can help bridge cultural and linguistic gaps
Paulina Ruelas
I am pursuing a triple major in Italian Studies, Business Management, and Entrepreneurship. I have a deep passion for languages, intercultural communication, and translation.
My personal and academic journey spans linguistic, cultural, and managerial disciplines, allowing me to approach translation not only as a linguistic activity, but also as a conscious and responsible practice within a broader professional context.
Working with multiple languages means, for me, building bridges between different worlds while respecting identities, communicative intentions, and cultural contexts.
