L’incrocio dell’inchiostro is a bookstore — or rather, a new center for creative thought and intellectual exchange in Bologna. My vision is to create a space where independent voices, artistic experimentation, and meaningful dialogue can thrive outside the constraints of the commercial publishing world.
The project has two functions. For independent authors and artists, we offer a space free from the conventions of commercial fiction and the favoritism of the publishing industry. For our readers, we offer a wide range of both alternative and classic books, and we seek to bring the new world into conversation with the old one.
L’incrocio dell’inchiostro is an enterprise that promotes true freedom of the press and the exchange of ideas.

I’m double-majoring in Italian and WorldLiterature, and I’ve loved every minute of it! My plan for the future is to hopefully become a professor of Italian cinema while also pursuing a career as a novelist.
